Deploy previews

This is the sign-in host for deploy previews; there is nothing to see here. Every pull request that touches a site gets its own preview at deploy-preview-<pr>--<site>.sites.blastpoint.com. The link is in the "Sites in this PR" comment on the pull request.

1. Open the preview and click Comment in the toolbar at the bottom right.
2. Click anything on the page to pin a note to it.
3. Ask the assistant to address the comments, or merge the pull request when it looks right.

Commenting needs a BlastPoint sign-in. Signing in here once covers every preview.
